Also this year Kars has agreed to a hayride from the house to the farm to see the cows in their natural environment. Bring your family and prospective members.
The Club will provide bbq food and soft drinks. You're welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages. Optionally you can bring an appetizer.
During the picnic you will be able to renew your membership and to inform the club of any address, family or other changes.
Please do not use the sanitary facilities at the Tamminga farm, as the septic tank is not designed to handle such increase of use. Alternative facilities will be provided for your convenience.

This is a walk-in event. No reservations are required.
Membership Drive and Picnic

Tamminga Ranch, Waxahachie
Our annual picnic will once again be held at the farm of Kars and Grace Tamminga.
The ride will start at 1.30pm.
We recommend arriving in time if you wish to attend this ride.
The membership dues are due at the picnic and are as follows (please bring a check or cash):
The picnic is a great opportunity to catch up with longtime members and to meet new members.
Full Family Membership $35.00 - Single Membership $25.00
We are allowed to use the Tamminga's pool but swimming is of course at your own risk. Don't forget to bring towels, sunblock, bugspray and chairs.
This event is free to all ! Members as well as Guests.
Everyone is welcome.
However, to estimate the amount of food required and to make the nametags,
it would be helpful if the following form is used to tell us that you plan on coming.

The Tamminga's From Dallas, take I35E going South and exit on 399B (=FM 1446). Turn right at the bridge towards Buena Vista road. After 5 miles you will pass the Super Collider Buildings on the right. The first house on the right is the Tamminga's residence (has a long driveway with a white fence). |
The membership dues can now be paid by PayPal or credit card. However, if you have not as yet booked for the picnic, do that first by submitting your phone number in the yellow box. You will again be able to pay by credit card on the screen that confirms your reservation. Credit card payments are processed by PayPal over a secure and encrypted connection and are very safe. PayPal handles the club's credit card or PayPal payments. After you click above, the system will load a screen provided by PayPal. This may take a moment. |
