This evening combines
the Annual Meeting and the celebration of the birthday of Her Majesty
Beatrix, Queen of the Netherlands (it is actually the birthday of Princess
Juliana on April 30, the mother of Beatrix and former Queen of the
Netherlands).
7.00 pm Reception with appetizers and Cash Bar
7.30 pm President’s Annual Report
7.45 pm Nominations and Election of HAC Board. Nominations will be accepted from the floor
with nominee’s consent.
8.00 pm Sit down Dinner followed by dancing and music
with DJ.
Because we are celebrating the 35th anniversary of
the club, there will be Cake and champagne for dessert and
wine will be included during dinner.
